TIPS FOR BEAUTIFUL YOU IN THE MORNING

While you sleep, the skin cells are activated, trying to restore all the destruction caused by the weather, heat, dirt, and stress during the day time. Here are the quick tips to be able to see yourself beautiful when waking up in the morning.
1. Before going to your lovely bed, ventilate the room for 15-20 minutes. You need fresh air for the beauty and freshness of the skin.


2. Never go to sleep with make up on your face, it is one of the worse mistakes  ever which can lead to acne and other impurities, so It is necessary to take the habit to wash thoroughly before going to bed. It’s good to wash your face twice by deep cleansing gel (Proven by beautician) to be sure your pores are clean.

After cleansing,apply a thin layer of night cream on your face,make sure you don't overdo it, otherwise the pores will  be clogged again, and the skin will not be able to breathe.

3. To avoid the morning swelling and bags under the eyes, don’t drink too much fluid before going to bed. Make sure not to eat anything salty, because salt blocks the fluids from coming out of the body which also leads to swelling.

Do not drink coffee after 16:00 pm because caffeine activates the nervous system.

4.To keep your hair soft and silky, sleep on silk pillow cases, or tie a silk head scarf to your pillow. It is recommended not to braid tight ponytails to keep your hair from breakage.


5. Immediately after waking up to take a cool shower, to invigorate the body. It is best to wash with a mild solution.

6. Although coffee helps to waken up, experts say that the first drink in the morning should be a green tea with lemon. It helps to cheer up the body and if you also want to lift up your mood ,say YES  for dark chocolate.

Healthy sleep will provide the necessary energy for the whole day. So don’t be lazy to perform a few simple tips to make a beautiful you in the morning.
