Sensitive skins causes and treatments

Taking care of sensitive skin problem

Sensitive skin starts when you start using the wrong products in your early teenage years. This is due to lack of information on chemicals from your products(face wash, cream and etc) that comes into contact with your skin. Scrubbing the face with harsh scrub products can also lead to redness which will be difficult to fade.

Sensitive skin condition

You know you have sensitive skin when:
  1. Your skin becomes easily red after staying under sun even for short time
  2. You experience discomfort such as itchiness
  3. Your skin tends to get dry most of the time
  4. Your'e more prone to breakouts
  5. You have redness on your cheeks that does not fade
  6. You have small purple veins around your nose(broken capillaries)
Sensitive skin needs special care,or else your skin will age faster than it has to be.
First of all change all of your face products to ORGANIC, this is important because sensitive skin can not take all the chemicals used in the normal cleansers. Organic products use natural ingredients found in the plants and the chemicals that are not harmful to your face. Most of the Organic products are free from paraben, fragrance, formaldehyde, petrochemicals and all the carcinogen ingredients. Thus it is very important to change:
  1. Your face wash to cleansing milk, especially if you are using foaming cleanser, because this will make your skin even more drier which will lead to various skin problems that you do not want to face.Cleansing milk does not foam but cleans the skin perfectly and moisturizes as well.
  2. Do not peel your entire skin, this will lead to thinning of the skin layer which will lead to extra sensitivity. If you want to get rid of impurities on your skin then peel only your nose area to get rid of blackheads.
  3. Make sure you use thin layer of cream before going to bed,and if u put too much cream you will end up having nasty oil seed, which are difficult to get rid of.
  4. Make sure you always always use an organic sun cream (SPF 30),before exposing your face to the sun.Sensitive skin is more prone to getting any freckle dots and age spots.
  5. And most importantly, make sure you always keep your skin hydrated, which means you need to DRINK a loooot of water.
